UX Testing of my partners site

 The Homepage 

1. Is the homepage pleasing to look at?

I like the home page the most. Everything is aesthetic and keeping in the same colour pallet. However, I miss very important information - full name of artist. We can see name in left, top corner, however i think it should also be included on the homepage itself. It should be more visible.

2. Does the homepage clearly show both visually and with text what the website is about (i.e represent the students progression route?)?

It surely does. We can see on this page name of progression route. We can also observe photo that show artists’ progress and design process. I think photo is taken very good. I like lighting and orange pages matches with whole website. 

3. Is there a navigation menu on the homepage?

Yes, it is. 

4. Is the navigation menu clear and easy to use? 

Navigation is easy to use. Everything is located in visible and intuitional place. I didn’t have any problems to find what i was looking for. 

5. Are there social media links on the homepage?

There are no social media links. 

6. Do all the menu links and social links work correctly?

Every link works correctly. 

7. Do you have any comments or suggestions in regard to the homepage?

I left one suggestion in the first question. 

 

The About & Contact Page 

 

1. Is the About page pleasing to look at?

It is. I like like everything is connected and in same aesthetic. 

2. Does it contain an image or design?

It does contain an image and design. It also contain photos of few works created by Eleni. I like that we can click on it and photo will be bigger. However, i miss descriptions to this photos (after click). Informations such as year of creation and title of work. 

3. Is the about me/biography well written?

4. Does the about me/biography really tell you about the person and their work? 

5. Do you have any suggestions on the about me page? 

6. Is the contact page pleasing to look at?

7. Does it contain an image or design?

The Gallery Pages 

 

1. Do all the gallery pages work?

2. Is there an introduction to the work on each gallery page

3. Does all the work have titles 

4. Are the gallery pages consistent 

5. Do the gallery pages work well and are they easy to use?

6. Can you go back and forth through the gallery pages easily?

7. Is the work displayed to show it at its best?

8. What suggestions do you have about the gallery pages? 

 

The Whole Site

 

1. Is the site consistent throughout?

2. Did you find it easy to navigate and use?

3. Was it a good experience going through the site?

4. What would you change if you could? 

5. Would you recommend this site to others? If not, why not?
